On one booking

A hostel sells two things at once: a bed in a shared room, and a room to itself. Most booking software understands only the second. Tribii models both on the same free booking engine.

What a hostel gets, free

Free

Bed-level inventory, the booking engine, the rack and the guest record. Free forever for up to 30 beds.

Beds inside dorms

Give a dorm beds that sell individually, each with its own occupancy and price. Cots included.

One booking flow for beds and rooms

Dorm beds and private rooms on the same commission-free page, or embedded as a widget in your existing site.

Groups on one reservation

Beds pool across a booking, so a group spread over two dorms stays one folio.

Payments through your own account

Guests pay your Stripe account directly. No cut, no waiting on someone else's payout.

A multilingual site

A real hostel website with booking built in, in every language your guests speak.

Rates and availability

Price beds and rooms by date, close what is not selling. The whole house on one screen.

What gets in the way

Running a hostel, and what Tribii does about it

01Inventory

Software sells rooms. You sell beds.

In Tribii a dorm is a room type with individual beds inside it, and each bed sells on its own. Beds pool across a booking, so a group taking six beds across two dorms is one reservation, not six.

Booking engine

02The free tier

How much fits on the free plan?

Up to 30 beds, however they are arranged: eight dorms and four privates, or any other shape that adds up. No trial clock and no card on file to start.

PMS & operations

03Commission

The hostel channels take a cut of every bed.

Booking through an agency costs 15 to 25% of the reservation. Your own booking page costs nothing per booking, ever. On Max the channel manager keeps the agencies in two-way sync so nothing collides.

Revenue

04Groups and long stays

The interesting bookings are the awkward ones.

Groups splitting across dorms, guests extending week by week, someone moving from a dorm into a private. The rack shows the whole house, so a move is visible rather than remembered.

Guest CRM

05Guests

Everyone who ever stayed is a stranger next time.

Guest profiles keep who stayed and how long, as your record rather than an agency's. That is what makes a returning traveller worth something: you can reach them directly next season.

Free forever

Direct bookings, online payments, bed-level inventory, guest records and invoicing are free forever for up to 30 beds. Pro adds advanced reports and revenue tools; Max adds the live front desk, housekeeping and the channel manager.
