iCal sync links each Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo listing to a room type in Tribii. It is the simplest way to sell on several sites at once: nothing to install, no channel manager to set up, and it works with any site that offers a calendar link. Tribii checks your linked calendars every five minutes and holds the dates they have sold. The sites check your Tribii calendar on their own schedule, often only every few hours, so a night can stay open elsewhere for a while. For live, two-way sync with the full reservation, we recommend the channel manager in Max.

Pick Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or another site, paste its calendar link and press Check link. Tribii shows how many bookings and closed periods it found before you save.
Bookings hold their dates
A booking on a linked site holds one unit of that room type for its nights, labelled Held by iCal on the rack, so nobody else can book it here.
Complete a booking when you are ready
Bookings to complete lists every hold waiting for its guest. Create reservation copies in the guest, the price night by night and who collected the payment, and the hold becomes a reservation.
Overlaps are flagged, not hidden
If a site sells a night you have no free unit for, Tribii writes nothing over your stay. It shows the conflict and tells you once, so you can move a guest or cancel one of the bookings.
Your dates go back out
Every link comes with a Tribii calendar address to paste into the site, which reads it every few hours. It only says which dates are taken, never who is staying.
One calendar for all units
For Google Calendar or a tourism portal that wants a single feed for the whole place, create a calendar that shows a date as taken when every unit is.
