Regulatory Information
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This website and the services offered by Tribii are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws of the consumer's country of residence.
Professional Regulations
Tribii is a technology company providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for independent hotels. We are not a travel agency, property management company, or accommodation provider. Our platform facilitates communication and management between hoteliers and their guests, but we do not directly provide accommodation or travel services.
Invoicing System Disclosure (Fiscal Services)
Where it is used to issue tax invoices in Spain, the Tribii software operates as a "Sistema Informático de Facturación" (SIF) within the meaning of Ley 11/2021 and Real Decreto 1007/2023 (VeriFactu), and as a TicketBAI-compliant invoicing system in the Basque territories (Álava, Bizkaia/BATUZ, Gipuzkoa) and for the Hacienda Foral de Navarra.
Where Tribii is used for structured electronic invoicing over the Peppol network, it operates under the European standard EN 16931 in an electronic-invoicing capacity, not as a Spanish SIF.
Tribii is responsible for the technical conformity of the invoicing software. Each hotel remains responsible for the accuracy of its invoice data, its tax determination, and its own filing obligations.
Identity of the computer invoicing system
Where a fiscal record is issued, the system identifies itself with the following values:
| Producer of the system | Tribii (Hoodbnb B.V.) |
| Name of the system | Tribii PMS |
| Identification code of the system | 01 |
| Version | 1.0.0 |
Hoodbnb B.V. is established in the Netherlands and is identified for tax purposes by the VAT number given above. Where a Spanish tax identification number for the producer of the system is required in order to file records with the Spanish authorities, Tribii will obtain and publish it here before any record is transmitted. Transmission of fiscal records to the Spanish authorities is not active at the date of this document; the fiscal services operate locally only, and the Terms describe the position at Section 5.
Statement of responsible declaration
Tribii declares that Tribii PMS, in its VeriFactu operating mode, meets the requirements of Ley 11/2021, Real Decreto 1007/2023 and the implementing Order HAC/1177/2024 applicable to it, and that the system does not permit the alteration or deletion of an issued fiscal record. The formal responsible declaration required of a producer of an invoicing system will be published here on completion of homologation.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Contact
Point of contact for authorities (Article 11)
In accordance with Article 11 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Tribii has designated a single point of contact for legal and administrative matters from Member State authorities, the Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services. The point of contact can be reached by electronic means at contact [at] tribii [dot] com. Communications may be sent in English or Dutch.
Point of contact for recipients of the service (Article 12)
In accordance with Article 12 of the same Regulation, Tribii has designated a single point of contact enabling recipients of the service to communicate with it directly and rapidly, by electronic means and in a user-friendly manner. That contact is the same electronic address, contact [at] tribii [dot] com, and it is a means of communication that does not rely solely on automated tools: a person reads and answers it. Property Owners may also use the in-application support channel in their dashboard, and guests may use the contact details published by the property they have booked with. Communications may be sent in English, Dutch or Spanish.
Notice and action, and statements of reasons (Articles 16 and 17)
Any individual or entity may notify Tribii of content on the platform that they consider to be illegal, by writing to contact [at] tribii [dot] com with the electronic location of the content, an explanation of why it is considered illegal, and their name and email address (except where the notice concerns an offence under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU). Tribii confirms receipt without undue delay, decides in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, and notifies the decision and the redress available. Where Tribii removes or restricts content, suspends a service or terminates an account, it provides the affected recipient with a statement of reasons in accordance with Article 17. The Terms describe this at Sections 4.14, 4.17 and 11.2.
