Same tools, different house
Every property type runs on one system, at the same prices. What changes is the vocabulary, how you model what you sell, and the unit the free tier is counted in.
Identical for everyone
The booking engine, website builder, guest profiles, payments through your own Stripe account and the operations core. Zero commission on every direct booking, on every plan, whatever you run.
Counted in your own unit
The free tier is measured in what you actually sell: 20 rooms for a hotel or guest house, 30 beds for a hostel, 20 pitches for a campsite, and one whole home for a holiday let. Above that, 5 euros per room per month.
One property for now
Tribii runs one property per account today. Several units or sites under one account, with pricing built for a portfolio, is what we are building next.
Why property type is the first question we ask
Software that calls your place the wrong thing is software you distrust
A campsite owner reading "your hotel" on every screen learns fast that the product was not built for them. Tribii asks for your property type in step one and then uses your own noun everywhere.
The same engine, modelled differently
Underneath, everything is a room type with rooms in it. A dorm is a room with beds that sell individually. A holiday home sells whole. A pitch is a room with a season on it.
Free is the same promise everywhere
No property type pays more to get started, and none is quietly capped lower. Tribii never takes a percentage of a reservation, whatever you call your rooms.
