What's new in Tribii: September 2026

We spent September on three things: less time setting up, less time writing the same guest emails, and more guests booking with you directly. Here is everything that's new, starting with the changes you will notice first.

We set up Tribii for you

Getting rooms, rates and a website ready is the part that stops most people before they start. Now you can hand it to us. Fill in a short form about your property, and our team builds your rooms, rates, website and booking page.

You pay €200 + VAT, once. The full amount is credited to your Tribii subscription, so the setup pays for your next months of Tribii.

Messages that send themselves

Every guest needs the same few emails: a thank you after booking, directions before arrival, a hello on the first morning. Now you can schedule any message with a trigger, such as the day after booking, before arrival or the morning after arrival. It goes out on its own, once per guest.

For everything else there are saved messages. Keep your everyday messages in folders, star your favourites, and send them in two clicks from the reservation, the guest profile or the booking calendar.

Guest emails are now part of every plan. Free accounts get 50 guest emails, with a warning before you run out.

Calendar sync with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo

A double booking can ruin a guest's trip and your weekend. On the Pro plan, you can now link your listing calendars through iCal from Room inventory, so your availability stays in step across platforms and you avoid double bookings.

Bookings that arrive through the calendar appear in Tribii as holds. Turn each one into a full reservation in a couple of clicks.

Calendar sync is the simple way to start. When you want everything in sync instantly, our channel manager on the Max plan connects you directly with the OTAs. Availability, prices and complete reservations update instantly.

More direct bookings from your Tribii website

Many guests who find you on Booking.com check your own website before they book. The new book direct banner gives them a reason to stay. It runs across the top of your Tribii website with a line like "Book direct and save 10%", "10% cheaper than on Booking.com", or your own text. The saving is filled in from your real OTA prices, and you can attach a discount code that applies itself.

Guest reviews. After checkout, guests who booked directly with you are invited to rate their stay. Showing their reviews is your choice: put them on your Tribii website, your booking page or both, show the most recent or pick up to four yourself, and hide any you would rather not show. These are reviews from your own direct guests only, never reviews copied from OTAs.

Room pages, FAQ and photo descriptions. Your Tribii website now gives each room type its own page, has an FAQ section, and lets you describe your photos, so guests know more before they book.

One conversation per stay

Guest messages tend to end up in too many places. Now every email you send, the online check-in, the review and every reply sit in one timeline for each stay. Reply from Tribii, and the guest receives it as an ordinary email.

Online check-in gives you more control too. Send invitations automatically or by hand, in the guest's language, and choose whether guests who booked through an OTA get one.

Your booking page, your way

Approve bookings first. Review each online booking before it is confirmed, while the guest's card is safely saved.

Switch each booking surface on or off. Take your booking page, booking widget or search bar offline separately, whenever you need to.

Choose what the booking form asks. Decide which guest details you need, and skip the rest.

Facilities and amenities. Pick from a ready-made list for your property and for each room. Guests see them with icons, translated into their own language.

Room order. Put your rooms in the order you want guests to see them.

Earn more from every guest

Prices that follow occupancy. Raising prices by hand as rooms fill up is easy to forget. Your rates can now adjust themselves as you fill up.

Choose where each rate is sold. Not every rate belongs everywhere. Sell each one everywhere, on your website only, on the OTAs only, or at the desk only.

A better price for solo guests. One guest in a double room shouldn't pay for two. Set a cheaper price for a single guest in the rooms you choose.

Upsells at online check-in. The extras you choose now appear during online check-in, when guests are planning their stay, with stats on what sells.

Getting started is quicker

Import from your old system. The import now reads the Excel (.xls) files that OTAs export, including bookings with several rooms.

Smarter AI setup. Describe your property in your own words, and Tribii drafts your rooms, rates and seasons.

AI help assistant. Ask any "how do I…" question inside Tribii and get an answer on the spot. It is free on every plan.

Check before going live. See exactly what will be published to the OTAs before it goes out.

Nightly check against the OTAs. Every night, Tribii flags any booking that is missing or doesn't match.
