# Tribii

> Free booking engine for independent hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, hostels, holiday rentals and campsites. Tribii lets an owner take direct bookings on their own site with 0% commission, free for up to 20 rooms, plus a website builder, booking widget, payments, inventory, and reports. The booking engine runs on a free Tribii website or embeds into the site the owner already has, whatever it is built with. Built by former hospitality workers, operated across the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and Brazil.

Tribii is a free booking engine and property management suite (PMS) for independent properties of every kind it accepts at signup: hotels, hostels, guest houses and B&Bs, holiday rentals and campsites. It removes the 15 to 25% commission that online travel agencies (OTAs) typically charge, because guests pay the owner's own payment gateway directly. Tribii never takes a cut of a reservation, on any plan.

The booking engine is not tied to a Tribii-built website. There are three ways to take a direct booking, all on the free plan: build a site in the free website builder with booking in the pages, paste the booking widget into an existing site (a Custom HTML block in WordPress, an Embed element in Wix, a Code Block in Squarespace, or straight into the source of a hand-coded page), or send guests to a hosted Tribii booking page on its own link. No developer and no platform migration is required for any of the three.

Beyond the free booking engine, Tribii adds a front desk PMS, a channel manager that keeps OTA availability, rates and bookings in two-way sync, AI OTA reconciliation, and revenue intelligence.
